Welcome to the fourth edition of our MTG Doctor DevLog where we share the new features and changes being made to MTG Doctor during our ongoing and largest update to date. If you’ve been part of the MTG Doctor community all these years, thank you for helping us make MTG Doctor the awesome deck builder it has become these past 12 years. And if you are new to MTG Doctor, welcome! 

MTG News

This feature is all about convenience for us. We wanted a simple way to keep up with the latest Magic: The Gathering news without having to jump between apps. And that's what the MTG News does, it allows you to register your favorite news outlets and have them all accessible just one tap away from your deck building.

This version of the MTG News feature supports podcasts in addition to articles.

And since convenience was our driving goal with this feature, adding your favorite news source just requires you to provide the URL of the source and MTG Doctor will sort out whether it’s a set of news articles or a podcast.

Closing Thoughts

In the coming month we’ll continue updating the MTG Doctor experience with the lessons we have learned over the past 12+ years since we first launched, and continue sharing these with our community in these DevLogs.
